They accepted a payment from Paloma Natural Gas for damages to Pines Road and authorized the transfer of oil and gas leases. The council rejected bids for city courts restroom renovations and airport park sports field, postponing other actions, including several water and sewer system connections and endorsements for tax abatement participation. They withdrew a resolution proposing a moratorium on new liquor store licenses, pending further information, while most ordinances introduced were advanced or tabled.
