SUMMARY: Alabama Rib Shack, a barbecue restaurant in Suter County, Alabama, has gained national attention through features on SEC network and in Southern Living. Owner Jamie Lee, who spent 30 years in Boston, returned home to fulfill his dream of running a restaurant without any prior experience. Opened in May 2021, the restaurant showcases his passion for traditional barbecue, smoking meats over ample aged wood and offering homemade sides.
