Police car crashes during pursuit in Lowndes County

Mississippi officer found passed out in patrol car with meth pipe
SUMMARY: A Belzoni police officer, James Jackson, was arrested in Yazoo City on October 5 after being found unconscious in his patrol car with a meth pipe in hand.
