Supreme Court declines to hear appeal from Mississippi death row inmate

After the armed robbery of a juvenile victim outside Sonic on April 7, 2023, police identified Fletcher by his voice despite his masked face. Additionally, he was sentenced to five years concurrently for possessing a stolen firearm reported stolen in a prior auto burglary. Fletcher was arrested again in September 2023 while out on bond.
