Men arrested for brutal Dallas robbery belong to Venezuelan gang, new docs say
SUMMARY: Dallas police arrested four Venezuelan men for a brutal attack on a woman in September. The suspects—28-year-old Manuel Hernandez, 20-year-old Yen bran taba sria, 24-year-old Carlos Alberto Martinez, and 27-year-old Wmer Jesus Ceres Gonzalez—are facing an immigration hold. Court documents reveal they used Google Translate to communicate with the victim during the home invasion, where they stole $75,000 in jewelry and a purse. A fingerprint helped identify Hernandez, while the others were arrested after a standoff near DFW Airport. Dallas police have arrested three more suspects believed to be a part of a Venezuelan gang who allegedly tied up a woman and robbed her inside of her Northwest Dallas home.

Austin teen arrested for shooting, killing victim | FOX 7 Austin
SUMMARY: A 16-year-old boy has been arrested for a fatal shooting in Northeast Austin. The incident occurred at an apartment complex on Howard Lane, where police found 16-year-old Zariah Sheffield, who later died. Witnesses reported that the shooting stemmed from an argument after the suspect accused Sheffield of looking at him. Following the shooting in the parking lot, the suspect fled but returned to the area, where he was apprehended. He is now facing charges of first-degree murder.

Fake dentist from Katy performed root canal on victim, Houston police say
SUMMARY: Angelica Vivas, a Katy woman, is scheduled to appear in court for charges of practicing dentistry without a license, specifically for performing a root canal that caused significant pain to a patient. She is accused of offering dental services to an undercover officer and faces two counts from separate incidents, one occurring recently and another in February. The judge expressed concern over Vivas allegedly sedating patients, emphasizing the dangers involved.
