SUMMARY: WVTM 13 Weather reports a warm and humid evening in Demopolis with a sunset along the Black Warrior River at 77 degrees. SUMMARY: High school seniors will have an excellent opportunity to apply to college next week, as several colleges and universities are waiving application fees. The Alabama State Department of Education announced that students can apply for free to participating colleges throughout the week, including institutions in Alabama and neighboring states. A complete list of participating colleges is available on WHNT.com. However, it’s important to note that some applications may have specific requirements.
