SUMMARY: A 16-year-old is facing charges for a fatal crash in Gwinnett County that occurred this morning at the intersection of Sugarloaf Parkway and Villa Ridge Parkway. The driver reportedly collided with another vehicle while attempting to turn left onto Villa Ridge.
