A similar forecast follows for Tuesday, with mid 80s and cloudiness, while Wednesday and Thursday will bring more sunshine and slightly rising temperatures nearing the upper 80s. In the tropics, Tropical Storm Isaac is moving towards Europe and will not affect the U.S. Other systems, including Tropical Depression 12, are also being monitored but are expected to remain offshore.
