16-year-old victim of fatal shooting in Columbus is identified
SUMMARY: A shooting in East Columbus, Mississippi, resulted in the death of 16-year-old Marquez Carter on September 28. Juvenile charged with multiple counts of Auto Burglary
SUMMARY: On September 26, around 2:10 a.m., the Columbus Police Department responded to a vehicle burglary on 6th Street North. The victim identified a Black male suspect dressed in all black, who fled when approached by officers.
