Man killed after being run over by neighbor on North Side, SAPD says
SUMMARY: A man is dead after being run over by a neighbor on Putman Farm Street, North side, just after 1:30 a.m. Police reported that the woman driving, who lives across the street, had a long-standing feud with the victim. Hurricane Helene Aftermath: Millions still without power
SUMMARY: Hurricane Helen has caused devastation across the Southeast, leaving millions without power and communities facing shortages of water, fuel, and food.
