Aggressive home owners associations under scrutiny | FOX 5 News
SUMMARY: Homeowners in Georgia are voicing concerns over their homeowners associations (HOAs), citing unfair practices such as excessive fines, liens, and lawsuits. Nicole Reeves from South Fulton described her experience with a newly appointed HOA president who imposed arbitrary fines including for visible trash cans and paint on shutters.
