Simpson Academy student killed during ATV crash

RNC, others sue over Mississippi mail ballot policies
SUMMARY: The Republican National Committee is suing Mississippi over its mail-in ballot policies, claiming the state violates federal laws by counting ballots received up to five days after Election Day if postmarked correctly.
