Clarke County prayer meeting
SUMMARY: In response to recent shootings in the community, local church members and pastors organized a prayer gathering to support both the children and the neighborhood. The initiative began when church members felt the need to pray over their complex, leading to a call for a community prayer on Facebook. The turnout was encouraging, reflecting communal concern. The organizers emphasized that while the event was significant, ongoing prayer for the community is essential. A follow-up prayer meeting is scheduled for October 20th at 6:30 p.m. at the Equipment Sports Complex, continuing the commitment to uplift the community.
