Cards Against Humanity sues SpaceX over alleged trespassing, damage
SUMMARY: Elon Musk’s SpaceX is facing a lawsuit from the Chicago card game company Cards Against Humanity, which claims SpaceX is trespassing on its land in Texas. The lawsuit, filed this week, alleges that SpaceX has been placing construction materials on a vacant plot of land owned by Cards Against Humanity since 2017, which the company purchased as part of a protest against Donald Trump’s border wall initiatives. The land has been kept natural and marked with no trespassing signs. Cards Against Humanity is seeking $1.15 million in damages, but there has been no response from Musk or SpaceX thus far.
According to the lawsuit, SpaceX has been using the company’s property without permission for about six months.

Tropical development expected in the Caribbean later this week
SUMMARY: The National Hurricane Center has increased the likelihood of a developing system in the Caribbean and Gulf of Mexico to 70% within the next week. Currently, the Gulf is clear, but disturbed weather near Jamaica and Yucatan could lead to a circulation forming. Forecast models show a broad circulation developing by Tuesday, becoming more organized by Thursday, potentially affecting the Gulf Coast. While it is expected to remain predominantly in the Eastern Gulf, forecasts may change as the system evolves. As we are at the peak of hurricane season, vigilance is essential in monitoring this situation.
The National Hurricane Center now says there is a high chance for tropical development in the Caribbean later this week.
