Winona linebacker Tyler Lockhart announces commitment to Mississippi State
SUMMARY: The Mississippi State Bulldogs received a verbal commitment from four-star linebacker Tyler Lockart, who announced his decision this morning. Fire destroyed house near Lake Piomingo in Lee County

Jackson police will receive new license plate readers
