SUMMARY: Traffic conditions are dire, with multiple red alerts due to a serious multi-vehicle crash on I-85 south at Jimmy Carter Boulevard, where two left lanes are blocked. Approximately a dozen individuals are outside their vehicles, but police are present to manage the situation. Traffic delays extend solidly back to 316, leading to over an hour of travel time through Spaghetti Junction. Additionally, there are complications on 285 Northbound around Memorial Drive affecting I-20 and major delays on the downtown connector due to a wreck at University, creating heavy congestion pushing back to 166.
