Families of workers killed during Baltimore bridge collapse file lawsuit
SUMMARY: Families of eight construction workers killed when the cargo ship D crashed into Baltimore’s Francis Scott Key Bridge in March are suing to hold the ship’s owner, Grace Ocean Private Limited, accountable. The ship lost power and struck the bridge, leading to its collapse. The company is seeking to limit its liability, but three families are urging the court to reject this request, emphasizing that no corporation should diminish the value of human life.
