Passengers describes scary situation of Royal Caribbean cruise ship rocked by rough weather
SUMMARY: Passengers aboard Royal Caribbean’s Explorer of the Seas faced a terrifying ordeal while on a transatlantic cruise from Spain to Miami when they encountered severe weather.
