45-year-old woman killed in Outer Loop hit-and-run identified by coroner
SUMMARY: A Louisville man, Michael Dahl, is being held on a $100,000 bond following a fatal hit-and-run incident in Highview. Dahl allegedly struck 45-year-old Crystal Daniel with his car on the Outer Loop Saturday night, leading to her hospitalization where she later died. Dahl subsequently crashed into a tree on Johnston School Road, approximately two miles from the initial scene. Police reports indicate that his blood alcohol level was also a factor in the incident. Authorities are urging anyone with information to call the tip line at 574 LMPD.

Boyle County, BCTC partner to combat paramedic shortage

Fairdale Fire Department names female chief, the first ever in Jefferson County
