45-year-old woman killed in Outer Loop hit-and-run identified by coroner

Dahl allegedly struck 45-year-old Crystal Daniel with his car on the Outer Loop Saturday night, leading to her hospitalization where she later died. Dahl subsequently crashed into a tree on Johnston School Road, approximately two miles from the initial scene. Police reports indicate that his blood alcohol level was also a factor in the incident.
