Man accused of flashing women at shopping centers | FOX 5 News

SUMMARY: A 32-year-old man named Luis Perez was arrested in Nunan after two women reported he exposed himself in the parking lots of two shopping centers. The victims provided detailed descriptions of his Hawaiian shirt and vehicle, including the license plate. Police responded to a 911 call from behind an Applebee’s and quickly located Perez’s car, where he was questioned. As they were detaining him, another victim from a nearby Target store came forward with similar allegations. Perez faces charges of public drunkenness, indecent exposure, and driving on a suspended license.

Victims of the accused gave police a description of the man’s car, even his license plate, as well as his clothing. They said he was wearing a Hawaiian shirt. FOX 5’s Doug Evans has the story.

2 arrests made in connection to DeKalb County Jail
