SUMMARY: James Madahi, a former Flagler County paramedic, is in custody after being accused of video voyeurism and sexually abusing an unconscious patient in October 2021. Flagler County Sheriff’s officials believe there may be additional victims, suggesting that these types of offenses often recur rather than being isolated incidents. James Melady, of Daytona Beach, was arrested and is facing charges of sexual battery and video voyeurism on an adult.
