His latest creation is the Buccaneer at 28th Street Elementary, designed to inspire students and encourage community involvement. Flowers hopes his work motivates kids to excel academically and prompts others, including parents and staff, to contribute creatively to their schools. Each masterpiece takes him about an hour to complete.
