Currently, heavy rain is moving into the area, while lighter rain is seen around Pearl River and St. Tammany Parish. Tomorrow, cloudy conditions may lead to cooler temperatures, with highs around 87-90°F. The tropics remain quiet with no significant storm formation expected in the Gulf or Caribbean. Rainfall varies across locations, with some areas receiving nearly two inches. Next week, rain chances decrease, allowing for warmer temperatures. Storm activity is likely tomorrow, impacting plans for the weekend.
