Waterspout spotted over Mobile Bay

An alternate type, fair-weather water spouts, typically occurs due to wind boundaries, lifting air from the water to form a spin. Additionally, strong thunderstorms are moving into Mobile County, with winds of up to 40 mph affecting like Sims and Mobile. Weather photos from viewers were also appreciated.

Multiple WKRG viewers sent in and images of a waterspout over Mobile Bay. It was visible from Mobile and Baldwin Counties.
