State, defense ask court to seal Herrington case files
SUMMARY: Prosecutors and defense attorneys requested the Lafayette County Circuit Court to seal the case against Sheldon Timothy Herrington Jr., indicted for the death of University of Mississippi student Jimmie “Jay” Lee, due to extensive pretrial publicity.
