Pearl River’s Natalie Herrington named CSC Academic All-American

SUMMARY: Pearl softball player Natalie Herrington has received multiple accolades, being named a College Communicators First Team Academic All-American. The Southern Miss signee graduated with a 3.87 GPA as a Pre-Medical major. Herrington had an impressive career with the Wildcat pitching staff, achieving a 1.61 ERA, 313 strikeouts, and a 35-10 record across 313 innings. She earned numerous such as First Team All-MACCC, MACCC of the Year, NFCA All-America, and NJCAA Second Team All-America. Herrington is Pearl River’s fourth CSC All-American, Graham Crawford, Landon Gartman, and Ronald Baker.

Pearl River’s first-ever women’s golf team set for debut

SUMMARY: Pearl Community College will debut its first-ever women’s golf team on Monday and Tuesday, becoming one of three community colleges in Mississippi to do so. Head coach Coby Scarborough expressed excitement about leading the team, which comprises six skilled golfers chosen from tryouts. The team will participate in the MACCC preview at Tunica National. Players Maya Morelos and Courtney Brewer are expected to leadership, with Brewer being a seasoned transfer. West Harrison Rides The Ground Game To Overwhelm East Marion 48-12
