Miss Mississippi Teen advocates for character education and anti-bullying initiative

She highlighted that only 15 out of 30 states that encourage student character education require it, and Mississippi is not among them. After experiencing bullying herself, Bumgarner emphasizes the importance of for victims. Her campaign has reached around 5,000 , and she now seeks to educate teachers.
