Biloxi couple-owned Salon Seraphina hosts grand opening
SUMMARY: Mayer Turner reports a new salon, Salon Saraphina, has opened in Buxy, offering services like hair, cosmetic tattoo makeup, and waxing. The co-owners, a couple with 26 years of combined business experience, celebrated with a traditional Dragon Dance. Salon Seraphina is open Monday through Friday from 9 a.m. to 7 p.m. and Saturday from 8 a.m. to 3 p.m.
