Man arrested for February 2024 homicide in Jackson
SUMMARY: Jackson police arrested 29-year-old Walter Howell for a February 2024 homicide. Detective Tommie Brown reported that Howell was charged with the murder of Joshua Lindsey, whose body was found near the 3400 block of Rosemary Avenue on February 16. Lindsey had been shot multiple times. Howell was arrested on July 3, according to the Hinds County Detention Center.
