This event will take place in Houston, Chickasaw County, from 2:30 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Chief Deputy Keith Robertson emphasizes the importance of donating blood, noting that only 3% of Americans donate. Each donation can save three lives, underscoring the critical need for contributions, especially from first responders who witness the necessity firsthand.

First responders will battle it out next week in Chickasaw County.

As the last living founder of his church, he played a crucial role in its history and leadership over 69 years with only three pastors. The Mississippi Senate also recognized him, gifting him a state flag.

A veteran celebrated his 100th birthday on Saturday.
