Mississippi wildlife commission unanimously passes resolution honoring former chairman

After graduating from Ole Miss, he had a successful career with Mississippi Power and Light, becoming its vice president. Appointed to the commission by Governor Phil Bryant in 2014 and reappointed in 2019, Cossar served for 10 years, including two years as chairman.
