The incident occurred after 2 a.m. when a vehicle fired a shot through the passenger side window of her car, resulting in her death at the scene. Ciara Sharda Latham is charged with aggravated domestic violence and murder. The Macon Police Department, assisted by Columbus PD and the Mississippi Bureau of Investigation, is conducting the ongoing investigation.
