Rebecca Karl named 2023 State Queen by TOPS
SUMMARY: Rebecca Carl of Mississippi received statewide recognition as the 2023 Topps Queen by the international weight loss program, Take Off Pounds Sensibly (TOPS), for her impressive weight loss journey. Struggling with her fitness goals, Carl turned to prayer and her sister, eventually joining the TOPS program. Initially, she faced challenges in committing to meetings, exercise, and nutrition. However, she realized her relationship with food was akin to an addiction. With spiritual guidance and motivation from fellow TOPS members, she shed over 70 pounds, reaching her goal weight of 165 pounds. Carl now aims to inspire and empower others in their weight loss journeys.
If you're looking for a true sentiment of dedication and determination, look no further than Carriere native Rebecca Karl.
