SUMMARY: Cory McGee competed in the final heat of the US Women's 1500 meter qualifying round on Sunday night, coming up just short of qualifying for the 2024 Paris Olympic Games. Nonetheless, she continues to impress on the track. On Thursday, she placed first in the opening round with a time of 4 minutes 15 seconds and 75 milliseconds. In Friday's semi-finals, she finished fourth, securing her spot in the final, where she achieved a personal best of 3 minutes 57 seconds and 44 milliseconds.
