No bond for 3 suspects charged in MJ Daniels' murder

Michael Clark reported that the suspects—18-year-old Orlando May, 17-year-old Alan Marcus Gardner, and 16-year-old Samir Green—were formally charged as adults with capital murder and denied bond. Additionally, they charges of attempted carjacking with a $100,000 bond. Judge Brian Bledo conducted the bond hearing at Forest County's jail, allowing only one in the courtroom at a time, with two members each. Reporters, bondsmen, and MJ Daniels' family members were not permitted inside.

The suspects had their initial bond hearings in the Forrest County Jail courtroom Monday afternoon.
