Jury indicts woman accused of hit and run in Oktibbeha County
SUMMARY: Destiny Mack was indicted by an Oktibbeha County grand jury for aggravated assault after allegedly hitting a woman with a vehicle in November 2023 at the intersection of Blackjack and Blair Roads. Deputies found the victim lying on the road, and witnesses reported that the vehicle struck the victim and drove away. Investigators disclosed that Mack and the victim were acquainted.
