Family of deadly Winona shooting speaks out

King was shot nearly 20 times, and his , particularly his mother and sister, are deeply traumatized. Clark, a family friend, is now charged with first-degree murder, while Rny Partlo Jr. faces charges of accessory after the fact. Clark is detained at Montgomery Carol Regional Correctional Facility.
