SUMMARY: Earlier this week, over 700 athletes attended the 24/7 Sports’ Football Mega Camp at Mississippi College, providing an opportunity for high school athletes and college coaches to potentially connect post-graduation. Recruiters from both in-state and out-of-state observed athletes from various positions running drills across three sessions. This is the first year Mississippi College hosted the camp, organized by first-year head coach Mike Kershaw. The camp was moved to Mississippi College after 24/7 Sports couldn’t host it at Mississippi Valley State again. Kershaw highlighted the benefits of hosting many athletes on campus, giving them a glimpse into the college’s facilities and educational opportunities.
