Nick's Sunday PM Forecast 10/6
SUMMARY: Happy Sunday, Pine Belt! The weekend has been warm, but a cool-down is on the way. Some areas, like Laurel and Mosel, experienced brief rain showers, despite a less than 10% chance of rain. Hurricane Kirk is moving north and will soon lose its tropical status as it approaches Western Europe. Hurricane Lesle is expected to remain minimal, while Hurricane Milton in the Gulf is strengthening and poses a threat to Florida with potential damage midweek. Tonight will see comfortable mid-60s, leading to a beautiful, cooler week ahead in South Mississippi, aligning with October’s typical weather.
