SUMMARY: This morning, two individuals, Vanessa Horn and Casey Sanders, are facing drug charges in Carroll County following a traffic stop on Highway 35 North near Carlson. Deputies discovered 115 grams of methamphetamine and one pound of marijuana. Horn faces charges of meth trafficking and felony marijuana possession with intent to distribute, while Sanders is charged with possession of paraphernalia and a controlled substance. These arrests led to further investigation, revealing suspect Carl Bullard Jr., already jailed for burglary, now faces additional charges for conspiracy to traffic meth and distribute marijuana. A subsequent search near Carrollton unveiled more marijuana and stolen items.
