Biloxi man arrested after early morning shooting leaves 1 injured, police say
SUMMARY: Police arrested 43-year-old Justin M. Holland following gunfire in the busy Emerald Lake Estates neighborhood on Tuesday morning. He faces an aggravated assault charge after a shooting that left one person injured. Authorities report that Holland and the victim knew each other, although the motive for the shooting remains unclear. Fortunately, the victim is expected to recover.
43-year-old Justin Mulholland faces one count of aggravated assault after shooting a man he knew outside his house, police say.

In-person absentee voting begins Saturday, October 26th
