103-year-old World War II veteran honored by the state of Mississippi
SUMMARY: World War II veteran George Roberts, aged 103, was honored by the state of Mississippi for Older Americans Month. After the war, he retired to the Gulf Coast. Roberts attributes his longevity to remaining active, even performing daily laps in his wheelchair. His family praises him as an exemplary role model.

Deadline for registering to vote approaching: Here's what you need to know

City of Gautier approves $7 Million infrastructure bond
