This program allows Registered Nursing students to work alongside professionals, becoming student nurse residents. Associate nursing students at MUW will earn clinical credit while receiving training under the mentorship of a clinical coach. Two students from the existing nurse extern program will be selected for this new opportunity, enhancing their practical experience and preparing them for future nursing roles.
