East Hardy Street bridge opens to drivers

12-year-old on brink of becoming youngest female Eagle Scout in Mississippi
SUMMARY: Twelve-year-old Lily Grace Kershaw is on track to become the youngest female Eagle Scout in Mississippi. Inspired by her grandfather, a former Eagle Scout, she pursued this journey to honor him. Her achievements include painting a mural as a tribute to her hometown, Clint, dedicating 61 hours to the project. Lily has earned 37 of the 138 merit badges, with challenges like cycling 50 miles in one day. Through Scouting, she’s gained skills in leadership, cooking, and public speaking.
