Major Bobby Ginn, Jr. assumes command as adjutant general of Mississippi National Guard

North Carolina fugitive wanted for child sex crimes captured in Richland
SUMMARY: Mark Jacques Greene, a man with eight felony warrants for child sex crimes in North Carolina, was arrested in Richland after U.S. Marshals and local police tracked him to a hotel.
