Mississippi woman killed in head-on crash in Louisiana

SUMMARY: A tragic crash in Washington Parish, Louisiana, claimed the life of 51-year-old Teresa Brown-Garcia from Jayess, Mississippi. The accident occurred on September 5 at around 8:30 p.m. when Brown-Garcia’s 2015 Kia Forte veered off LA Highway 25, struck a guardrail, and collided head-on with a 2020 Ford Taurus traveling in the opposite direction.
