Capitol police make arrest on Highway 18

SUMMARY: This morning on Highway 18 in Brooklyn, numerous cars were seen responding to an incident near Siwell Road. footage captured sheriff’s deputies and Capitol Police arresting a man who was actively resisting, yelling profanities. The situation involved a struggle, but enforcement eventually managed to de-escalate it and place the individual into a police vehicle. The area was cleared shortly afterward, but initial concerns prompted a significant police presence.
