SUMMARY: Welcome back, everyone. Excitement surrounds the New Orleans Saints, who are at the top of their division, ready to face the Minnesota Vikings in Minneapolis. WLOX’s sports anchor, Matt DeGregorio, discusses the Saints’ unpredictable season, which has seen them switch from potential playoff front-runners to possibly securing a top three draft pick. Dealing with injuries, their play on the field has been inconsistent, sometimes looking like contenders and other times the opposite. The Saints’ desire to win is evident, with quarterback Derek Carr learning the offense and the team seemingly rallying after a big win against New England. Despite internal issues, the Saints want to win more than anything. The Seawolves hockey team has been traveling for games, with their first home game scheduled for November 18th. DeGregorio suggests they could see an increase in attendance this year if they continue to play well.
