SUMMARY: In a District Title game, the McComb Tigers and Raymond Rangers faced off with both teams undefeated in the district. McComb took an early lead with a field goal, and extended it with a safety blitz sack and a touchdown catch by Sanfrancisco Magee. McComb later scored two touchdowns in three snaps, resulting in a 38-8 win and the District Championship. In another non-district game, Richland dominated St. Andrews with a 56-20 win. Forest Hill defeated Jim Hill in a non-district game, and Lanier and Wingfield’s game was postponed. Murrah lost to Kosciusko while Velma Jackson ended their season with a 52-0 win.
