Mississippi to receive $1.45 million through multistate settlements
SUMMARY: Mississippi will receive $1.45 million in two separate settlements. SUMMARY: Elio Gonzalez Fombellida, 78, was arrested in Gulfport after striking a pedestrian who later died and collided with three vehicles.
